My name is Phil Spencer and I am the owner of Don’t Panic Emergency Garage Door Repair. My small home based business is located in Marietta GA. I have no showroom and I never entertain customers here so please don’t bring me your opener’s remote control expecting that I will be able to magically reset it from here. I do not retail parts. Everything I do requires a visit to your house.

I built this website myself instead of paying for professional design service (it all costs me a lot less that way). I try to keep my advertising costs as low as possible.

I have no employees or contractors. I do everything myself. This provides me complete quality control over everything my business does. My intention is to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. Perfection for me is to stay busy but to never have to turn away work.

I am not trying to be all things to all people. I concentrate on providing the most often needed services at very competitive prices; broken spring replacement, repairs and adjustments to misbehaving doors, opener repairs, new door and opener installation. If you need emergency service late at night I will be here for you. My emergency rates are very reasonable.

I am licensed and insured. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

My rate structure is designed to be as transparent as possible. When I quote $179 for replacement of two torsion springs what you get is two torsion springs replaced for $179. I am not playing a shell game with rates.

Customer satisfaction is of supreme importance to me. As the owner of this business I understand that one unhappy customer could cost me future business. Plus, I am a very moral person and nothing makes me happier than to know that I do quality work and my customers are pleased. Due to this a fair portion of my work obtained through referrals.

I try very hard to work with customers’ availability. I also like to be very punctual. If I say I will be at your home at something-o’clock you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be there then or earlier. I have never stood up a customer.
